Today, Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) Chairman Chris Smith (R-NJ) and Congressman Tom Suozzi (D-NY) announced the introduction of new legislation, H.R. 8125, to designate the area outside of the U.S. Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) as "Jimmy Lai Way."
