【重要提醒】請勿退出庇護以申請BN(O)簽證

近呢兩個月，我哋收到唔少尋求緊庇護嘅港人反映，佢哋嘅BN(O)簽證申請被拒絕。（包括喺內政部政治庇護部門職員建議下所提出嘅BNO簽證申請）

我哋了解完原因，發現根據內政部嘅移民規則，當中適用性要求HK2.2、HK11.2指出曾經違反移民法或處於移民保釋中嘅人係唔可以轉換至新簽證。換言之所有尋求庇護港人喺現行規則下係無法獲得BN(O)簽證。

因此，我哋再次提醒尋求庇護人士如果想轉換以BN(O)渠道申請居留，請必須預先徵詢法律意見，或者可以聯絡我哋。如果你已經受到呢項政策影響，請喺收到結果後14日內提出行政覆檢，並向處理你庇護嘅個案主任反映。

我哋現階段正就呢件事向內政部交涉，有新消息嘅話我哋會盡快公佈。但未有進一步消息前，我哋強烈呼籲切勿退出庇護聲請！

註：
如果退出庇護再轉為申請BN(O)簽證，會被視為屬於HK2.2(a)；而如果冇退出庇護，就會屬於HK2.2(b)。因此，尋求庇護人士申請BN(O)簽證會必然被拒絕。
