加拿大香港菁英協會(HKYPA)和移加港人救生艇2023年滯後群組現正舉行人口調查。我們希望收集數據，了解香港救生艇計劃申請人的質素和貢獻，以支持我們對（1）增加香港人永久居民簽發目標（Admission Targets），（2）優先處理，和（3）向所有永久居民申請人發出BOWP（Bridging Open Work Permit）的要求。
